- 1-1/2 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1/2 cup chile-infused vodka (or normal vodka)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh squeeze lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey, warmed
- 8-10 teaspoons Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 2 teaspoon hot chile powder
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder 0r 1 teaspoon Adobo Sauce from canned Chipotle peppers.
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes
