- 1/4 cup Kentucky Bourbon (or kick it up a notch and use Jack Daniels for a special treat)
- 1/4 cup light Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon finely minced Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Hot Sauce to taste
- 1/2 capful Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
- 2 Pork Tenderloins (about 1-1/2 pounds)
Light one side of your grill on high and place the tenderloin on the unlit side. Close cover and cook for 45 minutes. No peeking!
