Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 2+ stalks Celery
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Relish
- 1 glove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons Spicy Mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Chile Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
- salt to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, but still firm. Don't over cook! Approx 15 mins. Drain and chop.
- Place eggs in saucepan with cold water. Bring water with eggs to a boil, remove from heat, let eggs sit in hot water for 10-12 mins. Peel and chop.
- In a large bowl combine potatoes, eggs and rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Adjust seasonings. Usually needs a little bit more salt.
