Ingredents
- 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Tarragon
- 1/2 Lemon (juice)
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 3 cooked chicken breasts sliced
- 1 load french bred
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Saute all of the ingredients above and once cooks, remove all of the leftover liquid.
- Canoe out the bottom of the French Bread, but do not throw away the part cut out of the bread. Try to keep cut out part whole.
- Stuff sliced chicken breasts into bread.
- Place 4 tarragon leaves on each breast.
- Pour mushroom mixture over top.
- Sprinkle withe Mozzarella.
- Place cut out bread back on top of it.
- Wrap the bread in foil and heat in oven at 350 F for 10 minutes
Cut bread into serving sized pieces.
