Chicken Yankova


Ingredents
  • 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tarragon
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 load french bred
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
  • Saute all of the ingredients above and once cooks, remove all of the leftover liquid.
  • Canoe out the bottom of the French Bread, but do not throw away the part cut out of the bread. Try to keep cut out part whole.
  • Stuff sliced chicken breasts into bread.
  • Place 4 tarragon leaves on each breast.
  • Pour mushroom mixture over top.
  • Sprinkle withe Mozzarella.
  • Place cut out bread back on top of it.
  • Wrap the bread in foil and heat in oven at 350 F for 10 minutes
Cut bread into serving sized pieces.
