- 1/2 can whole corn
- 4 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1-1/2 cup cooked Rice, cooled
- 1-1/2 cup steamed celery, chopped
- 1 cup steamed onions chopped
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup, warmed up
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons butter of margarine
- 1 cup cooked stuffing, slightly dry
- seasoning
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except butter and stuffing.
- Put into Casserole
- Mix stuffing and butter and put on top of mixture
- Bake in uncovered at 350 F for 45 minutes.
