Marinated Greek Salad

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup Italian or Greek salad dressing
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (to ruin it)
In large glass bowl, combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours to blend flavors. Makes 8 serving
