- 1 - 15 ounce can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder or more to taste
- 1/2 capful Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning
I love to cook and I share my recipes so that others may enjoy them. I almost exclusively use Mrs Dash's seasonings instead of salt and pepper and if you don't like spicy foods, you will probably not like some of my recipes. Some are VERY spicy!!
