Fresh Tomato Salsa

  • 4 JalapeƱos seeded and chopped
  • 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 fresh Anaheim peppers diced or 1 - 4 ounce can of dices green chiles drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine and mix all ingredients. Chill 1 hour before serving. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
