- 1 can non-marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Lemon juice
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 package cream cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F
- Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly in a baking dish
- Bake for 20-30 minutes
Serve with cut up toast squares or crackers.
