Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 can non-marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • 1/2 package cream cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread evenly in a baking dish
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes
Serve with cut up toast squares or crackers.
