- 4 chicken breasts cut in fourths
- 1 cup half-half or butter milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or substitute plain yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon Ranch Dressing powder
Combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Put chicken and marinade into a large, sealable plastic bag and marinate for 45 minutes to 24 hours.
Heat 2 Tablespoons Olive oil in a frying pan and brown chicken until thoroughly cooked.
